I have the honour to report for the information of the Officer Administering the Government, that I have given orders for the purchase of samples of spirituous liquors to be applied now and I have to add that the Government Analyst will be instructed to ascertain if any of them are adulterated or unwholesome. (Ordinance No. 7 of 1867).
